The event “Walking workshop: crossing the landscape to understand its accessibility” will be organized in April 2026 in Sicily and will consist of a walk that will start from the port of Porto Empedocle, with the tower of Charles V, to go through a part of the Sicilian coast with landscape and historical value, reaching the Scala dei Turchi as its final stop. The walk is a useful tool to increase knowledge of the territory and the itinerary is designed to offer a new cultural and tourist opportunity to enjoy, accessible to all, the fortified heritage and coastal landscapes. In this way, it is intended to stimulate the development of sustainable tourism and economic valorisation with a low environmental impact.
